Today, I am joined by Amelia Nagoski, D.M.A. and we talk about everything from how self-care won’t cure burn out, steps to closing the stress cycle, how faculty members can support doctoral students, and practical advice for showing up for others who may be experiencing burnout. Amelia Nagoski, D.M.A. (it stands for Doctorate of Musical Arts) is the co-author, with her sister Emily, of the New York Times bestselling Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle.
