About Dr. Emmanuela

Dr. Emmanuela Stanislaus has over 15 years of higher education administration experience. Emmanuela’s a multi-passionate professional as a diversity researcher and consultant, coach, scholar, travel blogger, and entrepreneur. She is passionate about entrepreneurship which was cultivated as a little girl and led to owning several successful businesses. When Emmanuela’s not trying to change the world, she enjoys spending time traveling the world and making memories with her family and friends.

Emmanuela finds joy in helping others which is one of the driving forces behind Dr. Emmanuela Consulting. Her experience in higher education has led her to lead university career services offices. In her role, she has worked intimately with fortune 100 companies to help them find the best ways to recruit qualified and diverse talent. She has also worked with college students to develop coveted skills that are sought by employers. As a certified career services provider, she helps her clients to transform from overwhelmed, isolated, and scared to clear, supported, and confident. As a diversity consultant, she has helped organizations identify and strategically implement anti-racist processes to recruit and retain diverse talent.
